We have pioneered hypoallergenic laundry products since 1988.
The Jelp brand is one of the first hypoallergenic brands to recognize the needs of sensitive and allergic skin in Poland. First in infants, and then among adults. The experience we’ve gained since 1988, when we launched our products, allows us to develop our hypoallergenic products based on real user feedback.
We are proud to have accompanied you for generations.

NEW CHAPTER.
Why Jelp?
Jelp are hypoallergenic products that have been accompanying sensitive and allergic skin for generations, since 1988 to be exact. As a manufacturer and expert, we care about the safety and comfort of the skin at every stage of life.
Our journey began with caring for the skin of infants, and for a long time we have also been caring for the sensitive and allergy-prone skin of adults.
Hypoallergenicity, gentleness to the skin and minimalism
are the values that guide us in the development of our dermo-friendly products.
Hypoallergenic formulas
Our hypoallergenic products are designed to minimize the risk of allergies and irritation for people with sensitive skin.
This was made possible through the use of, so-called,
ingredients with low allergenic potential, which means that our products are very unlikely to cause allergic reactions.
Our formulations do not contain allergens or artificial dyes.
In laundry products we do not use zeolites and phosphates,
and in the case of cosmetics we have given up SLS, SLES, silicones or parabens .
We put safety first , but we also make sure
that our products are used with pleasure, not just
out of necessity.
Protecting the microbiome
We have recently enhanced our hypoallergenic products with the aspect of protecting the skin microbiome, as it is particularly important for infants and people with sensitive and allergic skin.
What is the skin microbiome?
It is a complex community of microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and other microbes that live on the surface of our skin.
Some of them benefit the skin, and some harm it.
The key to skin health is to maintain a balance between them.
That’s why using the right cleansing and skin care products is so important for the skin microbiome.
We should also make sure that everything our skin comes into direct contact with is friendly to it and does not upset the aforementioned balance, such as clothing and bedding.
Therefore, look carefully at the laundry detergents you choose.
It is also worth noting that the skin microbiome has an impact on the development of the immune system in infants.
Proper care of the skin microbiome during infancy can help reduce the risk of allergies, including food allergies and atopic dermatitis.
Safety confirmed by tests
Before our products reach your hands, we develop dozens and sometimes hundreds of formulations, which we test and refine so that they have the right properties and are pleasant to use.
For our formulations, we carefully select only those ingredients with reduced allergenic potential.
The formulations then go through a series of tests to make sure they are safe and do their job.
Among other things, we perform tests for: hypoallergenicity and dermatology, that is, we verify that the products do not have sensitizing and irritating effects on the skin.
The next stage is usability testing with a specially selected group of probands who have sensitive and allergic skin, and instrumental testing, in which we measure the effect of our products on the skin microbiome.
In addition, our baby products are tested under the guidance of a pediatrician.
Recommendation of the Polish Society of Midwives
The role of the midwife is extremely important in caring for women during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.
The midwife helps expectant mothers prepare for pregnancy and childbirth by providing information and education on healthy living, nutrition, physical activity and other aspects of pregnancy.
During labor, she provides physical and emotional support and monitors the health of the mother and baby.
She provides care to mothers immediately after delivery, helping them understand what happens in the body after the baby is born, giving advice on newborn care issues and supporting them in the breastfeeding process.
The relationship between mother and midwife is based on medical knowledge, but also on an emotional bond.
We know how much mothers value this support, so in developing our products we draw on the knowledge and experience of the Polish Association of Midwives.
Positive opinion
pediatrician
The role of the pediatrician in the context of infant skin care is as important as that of the midwife.
A pediatrician can advise parents on which skin care products are best for their baby, especially if the baby has sensitive skin or skin problems such as AD.
A pediatrician is also a resource for daily infant skin care, including recommendations for bathing, moisturizing and sun protection.
It’s worth remembering that everyone’s skin is different, so what works for one baby won’t necessarily be appropriate for another.
That’s why it’s important to consult your pediatrician and choose infant skin care products carefully, paying attention to your baby’s individual needs and possible skin reactions.
Our hypoallergenic products for babies from 1.
day of life are tested under the watchful eye of a pediatrician, who gives his opinion after a detailed analysis.
Delicate ingredients
Our hypoallergenic products are formulated with gentle ingredients and do not contain potentially irritating substances such as allergens or artificial dyes.
We do not use zeolites and phosphates in our laundry products,
and in the case of cosmetics we have given up SLS, SLES, silicones or parabens.
We rely on ingredients with reduced allergenic potential.
This minimalist approach is ideal for caring for the skin of infants and people with sensitive and allergic skin.
